CWB 1st Annual Bike Bash

Ok, we r trying to put together r 1st annual bike deal. I am thinking of Sunday April 6th, will that work for everyone? We hav some different competitions to do and possibly trophies to giv out. If anyone knows a trophy person please let me no. Also, if we can mayb get mobile equipment from someone for the bike wash let me know. I hav 1 person to check with. Also, anything that can b donated for raffle giveaways would b great. I hav the owner of Fergs and the City of St. Pete that will both make donations. If there is anybody that wants to work on this w/ me that would b great! (1 or 2 people) Also, any ideas for competitions? Was thinkin: slowest race, crazy bike(Chuck will build), punching bag machine, best bike and best club representation????? Any imput is appreciated.... Thanx:cool:

valid nation wide same as cash $40.00 each

Will also donate free car washes x 2 = $10.00
willl also donate free complete carwashes x 2 - $50.00
will also donate 20 dvd's assorted form clearwaterbiker shop. value $200.00 total
will also donate 1 free sport bike camera mount value $89.99

what if the winner of the slow race got a JGP track cert?


we can get the cert from JGP and give it to the winner that day.

im in.. just let me know how i can help.. bob you should probably grab one or two members and make a lil committee.. so you dont have to do all the grunt work alone.. and then you can assign the real crap work to the prospects :)

oh.. i was thinking.. as far as the bike wash.. maybe you charge a certain amount for the food and party.. and then we set up a separate station for bike wash.. say 5 bucks a wash.. because if we tell everyone we're doing a free wash.. the prospects will spend the whole time washing bikes.. and some people may feel ripped off if we dont do everyones.. maybe we do "first 25 people to sign up get a wash for 5 bucks".. thats a fast 125 dollars for the club.. hell.. ill wash bikes for an hour or so
