damn did something hit the blade?.... seems like it was moving too fast.... i think there suppose to brake once the get over a certain revs...good thing those ppl werent to the side of it

I believe the windmill had defective rpm brake and the centrifugal force just got to much. Imagine 50 foot blades spinning at 120 rpm. What would the blade tip speed be? do the math
