Very sad but im am getting sick and F'n tired of them continuously trying to inject specualtion that it's always the biker who does it. Almost every accidnet has one party speeding but they never enhance that fact when its two cars colliding. SO much for "we only report the new and never ever insert bias. Why not say " We dont know if speed was an Illegal turn by the truck was involved. I am starting to hate those reportes wiht a serious passion!

Its hard to change peoples minds when they get bombarded with the negative media about bikers

this is really some sh*t.... cant something be done about how they always make it look to be the bikers fault? the truck driver was probably drunk and not paying attention to what the hell he/she was doing. All this is just going to end up on the government coming down even harder on bikers.

what's sad about it is that the reporter merely write it up to conform to the public perception of bikers. In other words. They are just writing it up the way the public wants to hear.

RIP.. did you guys see the new marketing campaign aimed at bikers? its trying to get the harley guys to stop wearing all black.. to make them more visible.. what about all the incredibly brightly colored sportbikes.. not to mention the crazy colors on our helmets and leather jackets... nobody sees us anyway.

im definitly considering making the move to the track... a bunch of the guys i used to ride with back in the day did that.. and one of em found me on jenningsGP... he started track riding on my old cbr900rr like.. in 03.. now hes an expert class racer... his best time at jennings is a 1:20.. and he travels all over the place going to races.. i know it would be more expensive.. but its safer.. i dunno.. by the end of this summer i may just have a track bike in the garage.. i know if i had to choose between the track and the street.. id choose the track.

I no a guy I used to ride w/ back in the day who went track only. Now he is paralized from the waist down. Its not always safer! Atleast u wont get hit by some cage not payin attention though. People just need to pay more attention in cars and not b on cell phone or makeup or in a hurry. I think if they outlaw phones, dogs on the lap and makeup, I think it would b alot bttr. I almost got hit in my truck the other night cuz a lady was on a cell phone, the turn light changed although she was going straight, she ran her red light and I slammed on brakes b4 she hit me and guy next to me.
