you don't need a torque wrench.
Just buy the oil and the filter.
Remove the oil filter and then remove the drain plug for the oil. Wait for a good 15 minutes and then place the plug back on the pan. Make sure it is tight but not to tight were you will tsrip the plug. It only has to be tight enough that once it stops against the pan just a small snug to it. Think of it as not holding a part together only keeping the oil from coming out.

Now look in your owners manual and make sure that the correct amount of il will be poored in with the filter installed.

Before you do the oil change run it for 5 minutes to heat up the oil.

the next thing you need to do is to check your chain that it is correct tension on it so it is not to loose right now.
Here is a link to my instructions on how to tighten your chain

all in all 20 minutes and your done.

there has to be some morons if they strip a drain plug. think about it. How hard would you need a plug and a gasket to be tightned for oil not to come out?

Not hard. Once placed and tightned to the end than just turn it a little bit to feel it snug and tight. Basically hand tihten the plug until tight and then put the wrench to it an djust snug it in.

oil filter make sure plate is clean place some fresh oil on the gasket hand tighten the filter and then 2 finger tight as hard as you can with bare hand not ever use a wrench on the filter

Never use a torque wrench on a drain plug, just make sure you get a new crush gasket for the plug and follow what Leif told you. You will be golden then.....
