Need feed back on thought of new stuff

I am thinking of building a new classifed and a new product review with all the bells an whistles and photos etc.
Would anyone be using it or woudl i be wasting my time.
Let me know since it woudl take a lot of time to build an dintegrate and also cost some cash for material. Let me know what you thoughts are. If you have an idea of something else let me know.
I built the ebay section were you can integrate and get paid with your paypal but no one is using it so I was owndering if I am wasting time on it..

I bought the program and also the renewal fees and also got the updates and the programming paid for so it will be smooth I hope.
